    Hi.
I found this one recently. It was really cheap, so I thought I would just clean it and sell it with some gain.

But, on closer inspection, this is different from the 535 I already have, so I will keep it anyway :-)

This one has the steel tank, rather than the normal brass version. I find a similar in this post: Primus 535 stove alcohol

I find a stamp indicating 1963 as production date? This is on the bar that hold the extra lid (used when a burner is renoved).

The burners show signs of long time use. Marked «PRIMUS» and «SWEDEN», and flame spreaders are marked «PRIMUS METAL SWEDEN 4205». I am not sure that the inner flame spreaders are correct/original.

There is a stamp in arabic, and (R) on the steel tank.

I've got a stove like that somewhere. I'm not sure if it's a Primus 535 or an Optimus 535. I bought it back in the early 1970's and planned to build it into a Volkswagen van along with a bed and clothes closet. I ended up building the camper into the van but never got around to installing the stove. I'll have to look around in the attic of my garage and see if I can find it.

P.S. - The van was a 21 window version that I gave to a kid down the street.
