What is this called ?

Here is the attachment for my Primus 2052 camping stove. Am endeavouring to buy an adaptor to suit a standard 3/8 gas bottle.

However do not know what the attachment is called and particulary the thread size. It seems to be a pretty common Primus attachment from years past.

Any information would be much appreciated.

vertical male 3/8″ Left-Handed thread

• this is used on smaller 1-4kg cylinders such as Companion brand cylinders

Primus gas cylinder thread

• proprietary fitting used on Primus bottles that has an internal fitting that only allows gas to flow once the fitting is fully inserted into the cylinder

 

The Primus thread is M14*1.5

This is the tube. The connection is as follows:
1) Swedish-style cylinder thread (M14*1.5)
2) 3/8 left-hand connector
3) Orange tube
4) Stove connector, I don't know the type.

You can purchase an adapter from your favorite gas bottle to 3/8 left.

For example a CFH 52121 AV 121 Connection Valve



You just have to pay attention to the different thread standards, whether right or left hand.
