No, MEWA stays here for "P. & W. Blattmann Metallwarenfabrik Wädenswil" in Switzerland. The most famous product of the company was probably the "Landi-Stuhl" (Chair for the Swiss National Exhibition 1939) This chair was a revolutionary design, very comfortable and useful and a sculpture. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Landi-Stuhl MEWA made maybe all, or most of the flasks for the soldiers dish, SIGG made some of the cups, but not all of them. The "+" marking "means property of the Swiss Army", the "T" seems to be the sign for the arsenal "Thun". Most of the canteens have a marking of the year. The BORDE Flaschenkocher in the Swiss Army was used by mountain troops only. About one third of the Swiss frontier is high in the mountains. There is often no water, no firewood, only snow, ice and rock and the weather can change within minutes. A boarder patrol needed the stove to melt snow. Water is more important than food, when men are forced to survive in a snow bivuac for several days. Best Regards, Radler
Thanks In some descriptions this versions - without cups handles - was called "cavallery". Is it real?

some time ago I was writing about Swedish - Polish Globus brand, No 1 type stove and this is similar to EMES (1) and Myszków
Is it the German version, or an Indian lucky charm? I have an old magazine from the 1920s showing an advert for Dunlop bicycle tires. The middle section is a whole series of swasticas, all around the tire! That was before they learned about this Austrian architect/artist/mad man. Best regards, Wim
@gieorgijewski 1. You must be having a lot of fun uncovering all of these interesting stoves! 2. I love the Primus military stove in the box. . Cheers Tony
@Tony Press It is probe to rescue part of knowlege disappearied with the passing of time. What can be done today - for two three years it will be impossible. It's not only fun, it's also a kind of duty.
