    The kit was supplied with the 4 components wrapped in the information sheet. Persuading the sheet to lie flat to photograph wasn't easy after some 60-70 years in storage!

    Could you provide us with a drawing of the restrictor tube showing its various dimensions? Also, could you indicate the size of the jet orifice?

    @Sellig33 the restrictor tube dimensions are length 42mm, o/d 13mm, and the holes are each 4mm diameter. I don't know what size bore the jet has, but the correct jets are still readily available from the usual outlets under the later Optimus part number 2508.

    I presume the mesh is to help subdue the pulsing.
    My 111T choofs away and self pressurise the tank.
    I tend to add about 10% of water to the metho in the tank to cool it all off some especially when baking with an Omnia Oven.
    One day I will make a riser so the reflected heat isn’t so fierce.
