Hello! My name is Leonardo Esch and I'm at south of Brasil. I found this old stove and now I'm trying to learn more and understand if I could make it come to life again. Still learning how to use this forum. Any sugestions will be welcome, thanks! 20240126_122729.jpg 20240128_173706.jpg 20240128_173714.jpg 20240128_174424.jpg 20240128_165830.jpg 20240128_182615.jpg 20240128_181630.jpg 20240128_181706.jpg

    Hi, Leonardo!

That's a nice old stove you have there! I have one similar to that, and like it a lot. Yours is needing some work, of course, but I'm betting that you can have it up and running very soon! Thanks for sharing it with us, and have fun "fettling" it back to life! Take care, and God Bless!

    Every Good Wish,
    Doc

    Thanks Doc!
I think it will be nearly "impossible" to repair the air valve...
Do you know where to find parts that can be used to replace missing or broken old parts?
    Thanks in advance.

    I learned something today.

"Brazil is the English spelling. Brasil is the Portuguese spelling. So, it's both, depending on the language you're using."

    Hi, Leonardo,

Here is a link to my own Svecia #1, which has some comments that might be useful to you.

    Svecia #1, 1930's?

And, here is a catalog that will offer further information that will help you learn more about your stove:

    https://classiccampstoves.com/threads/k-f-erikssons-catalogue-1916-printed-1915.45816/#post-488876

And, I "might " have an NRV that would work for you. I'll have to do some checking, but will get back to you as soon as time permits me to do some investigation! Take care, and God Bless!

    Every Good Wish,
    Doc

Yes, of course I know. I wrote Brasil because I prefer the "original" name, like Deutschland instead of Germany. ;)

I like that you spelled it that way.

That link is to the catalogues section in the reference library which only is accessible for subscribers.

    @Leonardo Esch ,

My humble apologies, Good Sir! I forgot that the reference section is for subscribers, only. If you are interested, it only costs $9 to become a subscriber, and then you will have access to all the information in the reference section, which includes that catalog I tried to link for you. Please forgive my oversight in not remembering the restrictions on seeing that information, not being a subscriber. Please consider subscribing, so you can see everything you need to see about your stove. Take care, and God Bless!

    Every Good Wish,
    Doc

Subscription is for a year, so not a high price for information, and support the forum too.
