Good Morning All, I posted information about my new stove in the fettling forum but I have a question about my stove. I have been looking at other stoves but I have not seen this little attachment that is on my riser tubes. It looks like some kind of pre-heater or starter. What do you think?

I've always liked those little tube igniters. Several of my oldies have them. I also like the "dimple" reservoir igniters. Very clever.
