Looks a bit (or quite much) Primus DIY.

Those regulated burners are 'worth of money' / 'very usable' if they are not modified nor damaged for some reason.

Despite the comments of knowledgeable people (and this comment by a grommet) I think it's a functional stove. There is nothing to suggest the parts are set up for the photo, but the burners are exactly symmetrical. The smoke deposition on each side of the fount is symmetrical. It was used in this setup. Therefore there are pipes connecting even though I can't see them.

I cannot see any 'connection' on either of the burners.
The tank looks like a stand alone item.
    Parts in a case.

It looks like Primus 14 parts. I own two of them that are featured in the Reference Gallery here.

It is definately someones creation. I have blown the picture up and can see that the legs are sitting on studs that are possibly fixed to the case. I am fairly sure that I can see a connection for each burner, plus the scorch marks on each side of the tank suggest that it has been used.

    Good luck

I would think that stove in working even that design is a bit rough. Maybe hole(s) has been drilled on side or bottom of the stove and fuel tube to burners has been attached into hole.

Primus 14 burners does look right. The tank looks different from Ben's tanks.

you "fairly sure that I can see a connection for each burner.."
i looked closely, looking for that, did not see that. couldn't see it nor envision it.
    you did better.
I can only guess other stovies weighing-in could not see it either.

    I mean no offense.
I adopt your position, conceded your point.
nothing else sorry if left a different impression (does happen, my bad)

@OMC I saw @Aaron1980 post that is deleted. I hope that he will be able to proceed as he has planned...

I was not able to see burner feed tubes but I believe that burners have worked since there is quite much soot around the case. Build is 'rough' so maybe feed tubes are also "get it working and don't worry how it looks" implementation.

Thanks @OMC, I copied the image to file as a jpeg then opened it in MS Photo Viewer.
I magnified it until almost pixilation stage.
The "shadows" on each side that I thought may be feed tubes looked remarkably similar and symmetrical to each other.

I imagine it is pretty rough construction, if that is what it is, the square headed bung screwed into the burner tube hole is
and indication of the degree of professionalism.

I would purchase this in a heart beat if it became available in a locality close to me, some good parts there.
