A 1939 AD-stamped Primus 100 in its original tin, with 4010 Silent Cap, 100 Roarer Plate, windshield, spirit bottle, pricker, etc.

Its a user but I gave it a quick clean for the camera

A favourite, a very versatile stove with both roarer and silent options.
Great simmer and power with the 4010 and good outdoor-ability with the roarer plate. :content:

Only criticism is the windshield. Fairly useless/too small, I intend to make one up similar to THIS Compact Set.

I added a 4155 Regulated Silent option for this stove back in 2022 HERE
Its a regular favourite (I love a No.100) and its a toss up between this and a 221 when I know I'll be brewing tea for a few folk when out and about

Last year I added a 4150 Regulated Roarer option from a Primus 41 to the burner selection, covered HERE

A nice powerful and controllable burner. I really like it in its Primus 41 configuration but I also like it in this configuration. I like the idea of a positive shutoff roarer, in that you can set up camp/brewing spot, assemble the stove, close the taps and walk away. No worries of incontinence if it warms up with the air screw inadvertently closed, or accidentally knocked over by a person/dog, breeze blowing a bag into it (guilty ).

So that's another burner for the arsenal :D
I know which one is coming next but its putting up a fight/has been in the wars....
