So I am doing a (almost) full gasket/washer replacement on my Primus 210. I figured out most of the things but I got 2 gaskets left which I don't 100% know what to do with. So far I have based myself off of this post Primus 210 Fettle I am 99% certain the black one goes into the NRV but mine is stuck so that is just not gonna happen. My stove burner config seem to be different than the example Is the silver washer supposed to go in side the nut-shaped-thing on the left? Sandwiched between it and the actual burner?
Does that lead washer fit into the riser, as the threads on the burner look straight? The rubber washer has no place in the NRV, a pip goes in the NRV and the black washer (plastic) you show may go under the NRV before screwing back into the pump tube. Duane
Hi, this Pr.210, the original Primus model, uses a taper thread joint between the tank and riser tube, so there is no need for a lead or any other washer to seal that joint. Best Regards, Kerophile.
Thank you all for tips. I only have the soldering of the pump left and it should be ready to go. Looks to be the hardest part!
