Sears Roebuck KookRite #4 by AGM. Last patent date on the label is 1927. The new Warning Sticker has not been applied to the top of the tank in these photos. Un-restored photos can be seen here: https://classiccampstoves.com/threads/17093

I am still not real happy with the new color but the yellow in the overhead light created more green in the paint than showed in natural sunlight. The actual color applied here is considerably darker than what the photos show,

Thank you all for the kind words. I don't plan to use it much; I have a restored 1971 Coleman for that. This one is a bit on the heavy side and takes about 5-10 minutes to get to burning well. Maybe the generator tube is dirty. Using the external pump is an experience, too. You need to have someone hold the stove in place while you pump when the stove is running. Sure like that grill, though!

    Sparky,

You did a superb job on your stove. It looks great! Your 'new' stove burns mighty fine too. I haven't gotten back to my Model 77 but I'm getting there. Thanks for the nice post and pictures. Should be a good runner for a long time.

I finally put the warning sticker on the fuel tank. It is not original, of course, I made this one with MS PowerPoint. Close enough for the girls I go with 1296947476-Warning_Sticker.jpg

Wow, what a beautiful restoration job on a really nice stove. You are right, that grill is a beauty.

    Cheers,
