Yes I'm aware of the holders used on the real A, B and AB models.
I have also see some boxes that has a holder in the upper lid.

My 42 is also green. But it is in an indeterminable nuance, so I guess it can go slightly towards blue in some monitors.

pics are definitely *awesome* - thanks so much for taking the time and effort!

AFA the mantle: kinda agree, but i think one trick for a more hardy mantle is a light coating of hair spray after a burn-in - however, for use in a cabin or camping over a weekend, this seems like a neat way to have a stove and lantern available!

    Hello LA,

The hairspray thing is new to me, must try it. Many thanks for the tip.

    1. just remember - no open flames or hot items when using the spray

    2. don't spray the mantle directly at close range - more of a 'waft' through a small cloud of spray

    3. and whatever you do, don't let your wife catch you using her hair spray on your stoves!

    Hi
    Simply Lovely.
I'm with Ian on the best looking 42.
But if you have to have an SRV the other one is nicer.
My 42 sits next to my puter coz it's tooo gorgeous to put away.

CT was making the ski waxer. I would love a lamp attachment too. One day maybe. I might try and make one during the summer along with silent caps.

I have a Radius 42 with the light attachment. You can view it here. A big thank you to the CCS members who showed me how the lantern attachment worked.

The 42 is one of those stoves I've missed out on a couple of times and would really like in my collection. I've never even seen the light attachment before so thank you for the post and pictures.
