Radius heater/stove leaking

HI just wanted to know if anybody familiar with this heater have a problem when I attach burner to riser tube it came with fiber washer when I attach burner to riser does the washer go between riser tube and burner I assume it does because it works fine like that the problem is when I use the spirit cup with goes on the riser then the washer then the burner it leaks no matter how tight I go I don't want to over tighten am I doing things correct like I said it works fine with no leaks if I don't put spirit cup on I was just going to find a way to put spirit cup just below the connection any help would be appreciated THANKS

 

Try putting the washer between the spirit up and riser tube. Should square things up.

 

hi thanks for the reply I think I tried that already if you mean put the washer on the tube then put spirt cup then burner it was worse it works fine with just the washer on the tube then the burner I would think I could open up the spirt cup hole enough to fit up the tube to the connection so as it sits just under connection

 

You need 2 washers, one above and one below the spirt cup.

 

Heat-resistant burner washers, and fitting them.
