no tank pressure pump resistance

    fuel tank does not pressurize dismantled everything but could not get
    to the check valve in the fuel tank

    Hi,

    usually pump valve is accessible through the pump tube, you need a special key to remove the valve. Do you have the correct tool? When pumping do you feel air entering into the tank or the pump doesn’t make any resistance? Maybe you also need to replace the pump leather cup.

    Pump doesnt pump and resistance, no pressure in tank, nrv stuck or an obstruction, methodology to clearing the problem, look in tube to make sure there isnt a big pile of old goop and broken leather etc then remove and check nrv. Not much else it could be with a pump.

    Thanks to everyone, now I know it's an Optimus 155, and the advice with the links is greatly appreciated. ps no air sound when attempting to pump. Thanks all, again.
