Hi Where can I get the service kit for a 111t stove as I understand ift is different to earlier 111 Can someone enlighten me and explain the differences and a possibly link to buy the relevant kit thanks Dave
If by “kit” you mean the washers, seals and pump cup, there’s no difference between the models. The only things that differ are the burner components (not including the burner fibre washer, which is the same). Tony
The NRV is the same between 111 models. I’m not sure what you mean in your quote above, but the usual pip arrangement for the NRV is a brass cup, that sits in the spring, and a pip that sits in the brass cup. Some very late NRVs have a shaped pip that fits into the spring without the brass cup. My advice is that if you have one of these, replace it with the brass cup and pip. Tony
Your workshop! Commercial versions are often too weak and made of too soft steel/iron. I did one version in my workshop: AB NRV-00/111
I've only worked on a few 111's but they all had the now obsolete style molded pips so I did have to add a brass cup holder to use a conventional pip. The brass cup is pictured in JP2's link
With patience, really good penetrating oil, and an old NRV wrench, the 111 should not be a big problem to get it off.
