    By looks of the prime cup, fuel path, and pressure gauge: I'd try kero. first. But not before finding some kind of burner caps that will fit.

    Badly manufactured 207-burner?

    Most old stock 207's don't have tabs. That was a very late development. Some people just wire them down. On stationary stoves it's not needed....
