I want to take a moment to publicly thank Sefa, for the pump leathers he sent me. My old 111 will be happy again making fire.

Sefa is owed the first pump rod, he can (if he wishes) be able to report to you his results.

    Big Al,
Make up a bunch, we could all use a few, and then put the rest on E-Bay. There are tens of thousand people who have 111T,s.
    Should sell like hotcakes !!!

can any one tell me; will the U joint nipple key from a 00/210 work on a 111T/silent, or wld it be too wide and need to get a straight one? If so, from where?

If your 111t has a black knob and like a tube one end is a jet remover the other is a packing tighter.

I have spent 20 years in the Arctic and Sub Arctic and at temperatures lower than -20C or roughly 0F the leather pump leather is the only way to go. The O-Rings get hard and inflexible while the leather will stay supple and build pressure down to -40 or lower after a bit of friction heats them up a bit.

    Hello Dear Friends,

I have just come from my business trip to South Africa. But beforehand let me give a bad news: there are no stoves to deal with ! Hence do not waste your time for finding stoves there.

As for pump leather sizes, I can only say that pump leathers for 111, 00, 96, 121, 21, 22, 9060 etc have the same diameter. You may be aware I sell some leathers at eBay. Many of the customers got very satisfied with my pump leathers although they have different type of stoves.

There could be slight differences at pump hole diameters of above stoves but as said before this could be somehow crytical for o-ring type pump rods, not for leather washers.

Meanwhile can you all measure once againg the inner diameters of your similar stoves. They should read 14 mm. If any different size, I would appreciate to hear.

    Regards,
    Sefa

@sefaudi may not have the capability to provide service at this time. His leather is top quality and I use his.

@kerry460 may help with this particular problem.
Here is a link to member services ad for providing 111 replacements to the o-ring cup.

The 111B as mentioned by the poster doesn't use the o-ring set up so will take a regular small pump leather.

Please correct this thread by deleting my post(s) made by my early morning coffee deprived state of mind.
