Surplus from the Norwegian civil defence. The Svea 155 is the twin sister, and mirror image, of the No:154 . They could be bolted together to make a double burner as shown on this Svea advert . This 155 came to me in unused condition. It has since then become a real user, and is one of my favourite stoves when making waffles.
I was given a 155 (so it says on the frame) from a friend’s sailboat galley. All the exposed brass parts are chrome plated (presumably to resist saltwater corrosion). My friend received it with the 1966 sailboat in the 1990’s but wasn’t sure of the fuel to use. He thought it was alcohol rather than petrol but couldn’t make it work. It has a pan below the burner and a metal encased wick up to the burner. Stoves and lanterns I’ve had like that used kerosene for fuel and the pan held alcohol to heat up the generator tubes. That leads me to believe my stove would also use kerosene. By the way, my control handle is also on the right side with a Bakelite knob. Your stove is beautiful and I hope it is still working.
The simple way to tell if the SVEA(or Optimus/Primus late) silent burner is rigged for alcohol or the other common fuels - is just to look for the air restrictor enclosing the jet. Radius used a slightly similar approach but with a thread on outer side of the jet holding the smaller air restrictor. The air restrictor and large jet is used for alcohol while all non-alcohol fuels use normal jet with full air access. SVEA and its clones had a larger jet and a holed restrictor slipped into the burner center tube - in most cases the inner cap was omitted shown in this instruction: The Radius threaded restrictor(green rectangle) is visible on this Radius 52 alcohol version ski waxing blowlamp based on the original Radius 10 burner but using a coil instead of the donut generator:
