For me the stove thing stems from disaster preparedness. I did not have anything that would work with a fuel canister. When I saw this burner on ebay for $9.56 shipped it caught my eye. I found a couple videos on youtube about it. It did not look to bad so I got one. It can sure blast out the heat or turn down and give you just a little flame. Pot stand is just a little flimsy. But I have put some good size pans on it and it held up. Here are the photos. pocket knife will give you some size.
We use an earlier vesion of this in our brew kit. We keep a kit in the car at all times. Bottle of water tea coffee kettle etc. and one ofn these. Alan
