Eyeing a terrible overpriced Sea Swing on Ebay - has no stove, but does come with the Sterno chimney. Considering making an offer (It's not going anywhere fast) and then trying to add a stove to it.

What would be the best stove to add, and what extra parts would I need to do so?

My sailboat came with one as standard issue, but the Sea Swing was gone long before I bought the boat, and I'm in the process of repairing her.

I've seen a few online and most had a optimus 45 stove with a regulated silent burner. may need a taller riser tube.

There is a second Sea Swing on EBay... search on Force 10. It is one made for a 1# propane bottle. But note there is no mounting bracket. I questioned the seller about that and he replied "all I know is that is shown in the photos is what is being sold".

Typical "caveat emptor" on EBay... sellers sometimes choose not to disclose all they know about what they are selling.
