Usually need to replace the cap washer, maybe the lead washer under the burner, new pip in the NRV. These aren't too hard to use. Duane
Does it have the roll of brass mesh gauze in the vaporiser (lipstick) tube - the part enclosed by the halves of the windshield in picture 2? An absence of that would make preheating/vaporising more difficult. Hard to tell, but looks like you might be down on pressure too - answer could be seals what hikerduane said or maybe pump leather washer (oil it) and check the NRV is not letting fuel and pressure back up the pump tube (use it and then remove the pump and check for fuel in the pump tube - there should be none, and for paraffin on the leather - there should be none).
