    well what a pain lol.
the pump action was smooth, hard to explain.
    the tank got pressure.
i looked the jet, but could get the pricker in.

    So guys,
unless i get a spare burner. i’ll have to change ova burner when i use the Parasene.
as you prob say, the one thing i couldn’t check is the NRV.
So maybe in new year the Svea along with the Monitor will go to another that could sort them.
I love the Parasene, so hope it grafts lol.

    Hi Bri,
So what went wrong with the Svea to make you swap out the burner for the Parasene one? Was it blocked?
If so, it needs decoking. A way to tell would be to unscrew the jet from the blocked burner and holding the riser end to your lips try blowing through it. If your cheeks puff out and your eyes cross, chances are it has a blocked burner!
Not the end of the world - there is a current thread going on at the moment about heating one up and pushing air through it to clear the carbon. I know it is only half a job, but you could gently scour the first parts of the tubes with a slightly frayed cable, like a piece of bicycle brake cable and tap it on a surface and see what comes out. No.5 sized burners are an easy find secondhand and you already have your one removed. I would send you one after Xmas = I first need to check it isn't blocked!

Probably only a blocked jet. Easy enough to unscrew the jet. Then just wack in a new jet or drill out the old one to open it up. 0.32mm bit and a finger drill and jobs a good-un. I'll get a couple of 0.32mm bits up to you when post re-starts after Christmas:thumbup:

    Thanks lads,
Tbh never thought about trying to fiddle on with jet Dean. I thought I had to get a proper tool to get ? Hah!
Igh371 After new year I could meet up. I struggle without visually seeing something I get confused.
Maybe you could rescue the monitor as well hahaha!
I’ll say Happy Christmas & New year now, but hope to get the Parasene at least started.
