The nipples (also referred to as jets) are consumable service parts intended to be replaced on a regular basis and cost very little, so the yellow flame can be fixed easily. A roarer burner with an off centre flame can usually be corrected by careful gentle bending, i.e. reversing the accident damage. The brass is malleable enough to allow this. On very rare occasions the burner was poorly manufactured and has an intrinsic fault which cannot be corrected without major cutting and silver soldering- but usually this is found on poor quality burners and very unlikely in this case.
Your simple request landed in different arenas. Some of us try to a great deal of effort to keep stoves original. In this current throw away society replacement is seemingly the new norm. For much of these vintage products replacement parts are nonexistent. Thank you for your patience with our curiosity.
I had Bernie Dawg try to realign a vintage 111 burner for me, he did not care to work the metal very much. The flame is still a little off center, but nothing I can’t live with. Explanation for response to the forum help was much better than I could do last night, so left my comment unsaid. Duane
@snwcmpr thank you for your reply. I agree with you, we do live in a rather disposable time, and it’s precisely because I want to restore the stove that I joined this blog. There is a wide scope of knowledge and skills of the people here, as well as the unique circumstances that brings them here. I appreciate the curiosity that folks have shown in my posts. After all, these stoves have history and are treasures, so inquiry makes sense. I am curious about them too and enjoy learning about them from everyone here. Aside from the one comment that suggested that I was not being forthcoming, I have appreciated all the genuinely helpful remarks and questions. I even had one kind person call me to offer assistance, which I appreciated greatly. It’s only prudent to know one’s skills and limitations, and this led me to call on my friend, who has a fair level of experience doing repair work on these stoves. I sent the stove to him for his assessment, and he has reported the findings I stated previously. I will post photos of the burner when I can, and if anyone out there wants to have a crack at the repair job, I would compensate you for the work. It seems that the fuel jet isn’t centered (likely suffered damage in it’s travels) and therefore sprays fuel off center, and the hole where the fuel comes out is too large and does not produce a clean blue flame. Issues he’s encountered are that a standard 210 fuel jet doesn’t fit well. I will post photos if possible in regards to this. All in all, this is a recreational repair for me, I’m not trying to fix it to sell but to keep and use. I’d like to see the stove restored in some way so that it can have its day outdoors brewing up a hot beverage for the day. While I appreciate the enthusiasm that some owners have, I request respectful replies only (which thankfully has been the majority of responses). And thank you again for everyone who has taken a genuine interest in assisting me, even if just offering advice or experiences they have had with such repairs. I’ll post photos as soon as I can get them from my friend.

I realize that a picture is worth a thousand words, but for now, a recommendation to use shims to gently bend the misaligned tube back and hypodermic needle brazed into the fuel jet hole to correct sizing.
