Clicks to set picker on a 111?

I have a new to me 111 international, will not shut off. How many clicks to set the picker? Tom

Congeats on. your new stove! I usually set mine to 4 flicks down. Give that a try, and see if it works for you. If not, then try 3 clicks.

Four clicks, give or take, whatever works.
You'll feel the shutoff needle seating when its all set nicely

If you have a pencil with an eraser or a short stub of o-ring cord, its an easy way to hold/insert the needle/rack
