What airlines can you fly on with a stove in your luggage? Or have these regulations eased in the last few years? ....Arch
I've not done the conversion but a quick look says they contain 453g of propane and are potentially refillable. 1lb probably approximate total weight. Adaptors seem to be readily available from the usual sources.
That's it. Old age memory failure. I weigh the canisters when I roast coffee. When 454 grams are gone it is empty, so I replace the canister before that. They start about 883 grams or so.
Yep, adapters in all directions! Yeah the disposables are refillable-ish, Ken and I have some of the made-to-be-refilled ones as well. Quite nice.
One for the interesting/come in handy info shelf. I don't have any propane kit at all so it's a little difficult to justify light(ish) camp stove combos given how expensive the bottles are without a refil option. Dependant on how well the induction hob is on heating a wok, I may look again at wok driver options. Haven't fallen on a decent paraffin stove yet and may just fit a bigger burner to an 00 for the purpose. May have to fall back on a small propane burner.
