Got this interesting item today from Germany. Although the running gear is top quality, I am quite sure that it is not German. In the casting of the trivet are the letters, what look like KKN, and in the running gear casting are numbers, which look like 139/40 ? unsure of the 2nd and 3rd number.
fascinating .... it does run on petrol ? the pressure gauge is of german origin. "kg pr. qcm" does mean "kilogramm pro quadratzentimeter" ( kilogramm pro square-centimeter). it looks like the pressure meters of HASAG lamps:
Looks like a big 2 burner there. Nice to see a different burner design and I would pressume it puts out lots of BTU's. Could work as a field kitchen for troops needing some grub and hot soup Ron
