I purchased 2 9061's from omahas surplus, I got one to work ok it has a little yellow flame on one side I can live with that, but the other I just cant get to work properly. I have changed the gaskets on the pump and pressure release valve on top of tank, I tried changing the jet and the little "thingy" at the end of the pump, it seems that it doesnt change the raw fuel into a gas no matter how long it heats up it keeps shooting out liquid, I also tightend the packing nuts and cleaned it up I have added some pix so you could see my problem any input would be greatful :D

Did you preheat? I mean fill the cup thingie under the burner with alcohol or gas, then light. when it burns down, then light the burner...

I had the same thought,....I'd try a looooong preheat and then light the stove. Mine will really shoot some flames if it's not hot before letting the stove's fuel loose. Try pumping a little less until it's going good too.

Are you using Coleman fuel/white gas? Kero is a no-no in this stove.

Try a double prime and no pumping. The white gas should vapourise easily enough.

Keep us informed of any developments, including pics as they can help greatly in identifying problems.

OK, short term memory isn't what it used to be - but 3 or 4 months ago wasn't a similar issue reported (Kerophile?) and it turned out the inner burner cap was installed upsidedown?

I was gonna say it, but bomb bomb beat me to it, take off the burner domes, you may need to turn it one way or another, theres "slots" in the rim of the domes, and "knobs" (shadup, guys! )
on the inner lip of the burner cup, anyway, take these out and see if the inner dome is upside down, ie it (both domes) looks like a flying saucer. take inner dome out of the outer, flip around so that both are pointing in the same direction. and PRIME THAT SUCKER. Yeah, it's lil greedy if you are usin spirits, but you get to keep your eyebrows too.

Hi Boondocker nice stove(s) you've got there.,let you in on a little secret. Now this is just my theory,Omaha has two piles of stoves. One is for people who order only one the other is for people who order two.
    Get my drift ;)
I agree with the other guys the caps are probably on wrong.
Let us know how you make out.

    Take care

thanks for all the great help I went out today to "play" some more and see if I could get the stove to work. the burner cups are installed correctly, I only pumped up the stove about 12 pumps and did a triple preheat and bingo just like it came off the assembly line, I have added new pix of the same stove as posted in the beginning of this topic, what a great bunch of stovies
