    Well the fettling addiction hit…

Where once I had one Svea 123 now I have 4.
Where once I had zero 99’s now I have one.
And all Fettled to blasting blue perfection.

    Preheat,

    From the left:
My very first Svea 123 from 1971, the next four added recently.
The second Svea 123 with Sigg Tourist…the stove and pot set that started the Fettle Fever. Wicked and cleaned.
These next three added to calm the fever…though it still burns (pun intended).
The third Svea 123 that I just had to have as it was nearly new.
The fourth Svea 123R, came with a damaged windscreen that bent back into place easily.
The Optimus 99, that was nearly new.

    Pots on to boil,

All that water…might as well brew up a pot of freshly ground Kati Kati.

    Stoves off, Silence, Enjoy.

Fettling fantastic flamers is more than fun.
Fettling to fully functional is fundamentally
    A joy.

Ahhhhhh.... the English major in my loves stuff like this! One of my most favorites was found in an underground, "Uneeda Comix", comic book, back in 1970, and was written by the legendary "R. Crumb":

"Personally, I pity the poor prick that pops his pud over that pint-sized pig! Possibly what she needs is a pimp to go out an' procure punks for her petty pleasures! They'd be a peach of a pair!! Piss on 'em!! Thass no poop, Pard"!!!

Sorry to veer of topic, but I couldn't help myself! ;)  Take care, and God Bless!
