    @Remus1956 Hello. I’ve just received the burner. I’m not satisfied with it. The tank becomes very hot after just a few minutes. The flame is smaller than with the original lipstick. Did you experiment this with yours ??

    @Yannick Michel nope...I didn't have your situation at all. Mine runs just like the original. Just looks a little different.
    Try picking it to make sure it's clear. Might have something in the jet

    @Remus1956 my original pricker is too large for using it with this burner. The selle told me that the size of the jet was around 0,2mm. After 5 minutes the tank becomes very hot.

    @Yannick Michel Dont know what to tell you, sounds like you got a weird bad one. I would return it and get another original one.
    The one I got was from a different source than yours, maybe its made by someone else. Mine works just fine, just didnt have mesh and looked different.

    Here is a photo of the flame.

    Interesting. @Yannick Michel It looks good from a burning prospective, but running hot is interesting. Is this in a fireplace? Have you tried burning it outside? Looks tight in there, may be getting reflective heat.

    @Remus1956 I don’t have this hot tank when I use the original lipstick in the same place. I think I will not keep it. This korean lipstick is in full brass I think. There is may be something to do with the material used to make the lipstick. But yours doesn’t have this problem…

    The jet orifice in the 'lipstick' vaporisers should be 0.23mm, smaller than the 0.32mm nipples fitted to most other stoves. Some original lipstck vaporisers were all brass, some were a combination of steel and brass.

    @Blackdog Thank you. This one appears to have a smaller diameter than the original because I can not use my Primus 96 original pricker.

    @Yannick Michel

    If your jet is only 0.20mm you could carefully enlarge it with a hand micro drill. I have some tapered ones that I use for cleaning small orifices.

    Can you post a photo of your new “lipstick”?

    8406BEBF-652D-4FF5-973B-ED56445DC570.jpeg @Tony Press Here it is. I will not keep it. My other concern is that the tank becomes very hot just after a few minutes.

    Ok.

    Are Swedish No. 96 lipsticks out of stock everywhere now?

    Please post a photo of the side view of your stove without the windscreen.
    I wish to see this better.
