Found a SVECIA today

I need another stove like a need a hole in the head.
At my local flea market this morning I found a nice 2 pint kitchen stove marked SVECIA.
I did a double take, thought it must be SVEA and a spelling error.

I passed it up as I don't need another project. Still, it was nice to see.

perhaps I am too tight, but I thought $50 was a bit steep.

 

OMG! $50 for that piece of history was a bargain.

 

Hey i think Ross will snort a beverage out his nose when he checks his Svecia bot External NRV and a cast pan ring, wow. I had a beat up one (my first three legger) so i like the brand too. I would have offered $30 and tried not to drool.

 

Does this site have councilors for situations like this?
