+1 to the last comment. If you don't have access to graphite tape, you can crush the pencil inserts to a fine powder, make a thick mud ( with a drop of oil) and stuff everything tightly when the spindle is inserted. Then press with a washer j tighten.
@Nicola Francesco Elia Hi thanks. For now, something more important than the nipple has happened, we must try to put out the fire under the nipple.
@Knee Hello, you suggested an interesting solution. Now I will go to my grandson's school closet, I will secretly take out anything with pencils, thank you.
@Harder D. Soerensen Hello, thank you. Unfortunately, I do not have access to purchase from foreign sites. Thank you for your attention
@Knee @Harder D. Soerensen @Nicola Francesco Elia Greetings to my kind and good friends and other loved ones whose names I did not mention but who are following this story. At your suggestion, instead of my grandson's pencil, I took a sheet of dry graphite, pounded it in a mortar and added some oil, and instead of a tourist graphite pack, it was lit for ten minutes and it was hot and nothing. No additional flame was observed. I hope this health continues, I really like this little oven. It has been on for 15 minutes now Thank you all
@Knee I don’t know how, yesterday I missed your suggestion, in fact I wasn’t understanding why @kohdarmiansali was looking for pencils and not tape ahahah Anyway a great tip that one! @kohdarmiansali congratulations my friend for all the efforts you are putting to fix your nice stoves! That’s not easy at all when there is no chance to easily pay and buy what is needed. You deserve the bluest flame! And your documented graphite fix will surely help someone else in the future. Nicola
@Nicola Francesco Elia . I picked up this method from some user from Russia. People from there have a gift for finding simple and effective solutions. @kohdarmiansali . I'm glad you didn't deprive your grandson of pencils.
@Knee I agree, in fact I like this method based on simple solutions. I tend to repair stoves just using an hammer LOL (cit. Jeremy Clarkson Top Gear UK). Nicola
@presscall Hello dear friends Good morning, if I want to use a hypodermic needle to repair a tourist jet, what is the diameter of the needle? I saw the tutorials you shared on this, if possible could you show more pictures of the needle placement on these types of jets. thanks for your advice @Bratok_xxl Hello, thank you for following good friends and neighbors
24-gauge needle: 0.55mm outer diameter; 0.31mm inner diameter (bore). Not exactly the same jet, but a similar pattern.
@presscal Hello, thank you for your kindness and guidance. I hope to be a good student and do your lessons
Hello friends To test it better today I went outside the city around the mountain and enjoyed it. Be happy and cheerful.
