    Reminders
    1. To use the spreadsheet you must be logged on to CCS.
    2. You must have ‘Open Office’ or ‘Libre Office’ (fee, virus-fee versions of Microsoft Office).
    3. ‘Excel’ can not be used. 'Google Sheets' can be used, but read here.
    4. Non-subscribers can not use the ‘Catalogues & Parts Lists’ hyperlinks.

Here is Version 6 of my spreadsheet, dated 22nd February 2019.

This version has a major upgrade from the previous versions.

    Explanation
The spreadsheet can be used for a number of different types of research.
Using the published documents on CCS it can be possible to date a stove, or look at different features of stoves as they change over time, or look at the date range of a particular stove model.
When doing research using the CCS documents it can sometimes be useful to have a look at examples shown in the Stove Reference Gallery.
The spreadsheet now makes it very quick to find examples of a stove under investigation.

The stove names in the spreadsheet now have hyperlinks to the relevant section of the SRG.

There are some things to note.

    1. No Hyperlink
Where there is no hyperlink it means that there is documentation on the stove, but there is no example in the SRG.

    2. Hyperlinked but no stove in the SRG
Sometimes a stove has a hyperlink to a folder but that folder does not have an example of the stove.
That is because no one has put an example of the stove into the SRG yet.
However, when a member does eventually post such a stove, it will be placed in that folder.

An example of Optimus No. 1 stoves is shown below (correct at the time of this post).

    3. Other Models
There are manufacturers’ stoves that do not have their own named folder in the SRG.
These stoves are placed in the ‘Other Models’ section of each manufacturer.
As examples, Primus has four pages of ‘Other Models’ and Optimus has two pages.

If the hyperlink of a stove leads to an ‘Other Models’ section, there will be at least one example of that stove in the pages of ‘Other Models’.

For example, the Optimus 86 Vale stove.
