@Migwar The yellow flame looks like there could be a crack in the braze (weld) of the vapourisation chamber (see the link that @kerophile has posted above). When you’ve done everything else, and it’s still yellow at that point, it will need to be brazed with silbraze (silver solder). Best regards Tony
Yes, inner tube fixed and buldge filed. The yellow flame changed from 3 o'clock to 12 o'clock. Seems yes need to be brazed. I've read kerophile's post. Thanks everyone

Good work, thank you for the follow-on, something which is a real help and sadly not often seen. I'd love to know the reason why so many later regulated Optimus burners have assembly/brazing issues. What was going on at Optimus, why was the quality control seemingly so poor at this time?
I appreciate @kerophile and other friends for all their help. Thank you @Blackdog, and I'm uncertain why those burners experienced that issue; I will need to look into it. I was curious about the micro bulge on mine; I initially thought it resulted from improper or excessive use, but it appears to be linked to a lapse in quality control, although I still question that explanation. I would like to mention that I purchased a couple of 210-sized burners, which are not regulated, of course, and are allegdly from Optimus as well. These burners did not have the Optimus branding on them; instead, they had "Sweden" written on them, and I observed a slightly lower quality in the brass color. I'm not entirely sure about that either.
@Migwar There seem to be a lot of 111T's which have needed brazing repairs to the burner- enough that it isn't just a coincidence, something was wrong during production. Regards the burners with different brass colour- if they are unused, they will look more like copper than brass. After the burner was brazed together in the factory, it was dipped in an acid pickle to remove the (very aggressive) brazing flux. This leached some of the zinc out of the surface of the brass, leaving it closer to copper in composition. This was a process used by most, if not all, manufacturers.
Well Understood. Here are some photos of the burners. I went to retrieve the two burners from my storage cave and discovered I had brought back a Hipolito as well (out of subject but shared for future reference), in addition to the one we were discussing (which is believed to be from 1969-1976 according to Blackdog's information).
