    Hello Everyone,
for the last few weeks I have lurked and learned and lusted..

I acquired a Seaswing boat stove with a Optimus 45.

The first order was tossing the old fuel then testing to see if the bowl would fit my 1.5l pessure cooker

It did fit, and then I proceeded to clean it up up trying lime juice and salt, and then ultimately Brasso

    This was the result :D

    After the first firing

I cleaned it up some more assembled it had a complete model I wanted to share with everyone!!!

For a couple of technical notes ..
The seaswing uses a #45 stove with a roarer and that's wonderful in a small boat ..

The noise allows you to turn away and hear the stove going with no problems...

Here is a close up of the details of the stove

So thanks a million for a wonderful technical community..

Welcome to the Ship of Fools, errr Pyros !!!
I'm not sure, but I think most of the stoves used in sea swings are regulated silent burners, but I could be wrong...
    Nice looking set-up anyway !
Now all you need is a Yacht !

This one is definetly a roarer..

The flavors on the boat stove differed and some were silent .

This one seems to be early and all original

Here are the instructions that came with it

    Welcome Paddlevan!! :D :D

That Sea-Swing with Optimus 45 setup is really nice.
That small pressure cooker looks like it was made for it.

You have obviously got the hang of posting images, so how about putting a scan of the Sea-Swing instructions in the Instructions section?
