@itchy Not expensive, you get to play with fire, and you can heat up some food and drink. What more could a guy want? O.K. I can think of a couple of other things but this is a family friendly forum.

I know a lady who collects tractors. She has the space, her and her husband have the spare $$$, her husband is a diesel mechanic, it works out for them.

 

A neighbor collects ferrari cars. The full size ones. Building a garage just for them right now.

 

That’s a good justification for my stove collection, I spend all the money I save by not collecting Ferrari’s. I save money every time I buy a stove!

Personally it's not the cost that stops me from collecting Ferraris it's the storage space.
