and small informations - news from the pasts: ЗАВОД ИСКРА МОСКВА РСФСР(!!! its mean build 1917-1922???) tank stamp photo from WWW resources
lamp Poland 1936 no signature but Made by ATIS Serkowski Warszawa gravity powered spirit self pressure hanging military medical is Anybody recognizing This canister?
Hello, Gieorgi, Many days of many interesting items above. today re FIVE pinter!!! wow "imported from Austria" this also means made in Austria or? There is no Austria stamped or any makers mark? You show us your 5 pint with "SVEA" on the burner, is burner also very big or is it big tank with No.1 & 5 size burner? do you maybe know what burner it is or can you tell us the SVEA part number we see on the top? dziękuję, omc
today that... other burner signatures i'll check tomorrow. There is no others. ---------- i trully dont knows - what is this dimensions - sugesting rebuilded wick stove but quality of welding and pump mounting seems to be too perfect - to be done after "first construct" burner for 5R 154 155 165 175
Gieorgi, re "i trully dont knows - what is this" Sorry, I am not much help. It is not a big burner, the cap can be found "original" to SVEA 1915 regulated burner, with S jet for Spirirt/Alcohol BUT that cap can fit many No.1 & 5 burners like the 1 you have, a No1 / 5 size (yours is NOT a regulated silent and you maybe see more re what burner it is later). Seems to you stove was in Austria? A BIG and COOL stove. It has feet and large windscreen-pot support, interesting, and looks to you like it's "original condition". Yes, it DOES look well-constructed. Is this maybe one of those burners for lead melting outdoor construction use? The unique conical shape atop the pump cap is rare (vs flat) and coincidently similar pump caps are present on Jewel stoves made in neighboring Germany. ... Austria/Germany really i am just totally grasping at straws here, it's ANOTHER Gieorgi mystery, right now I got a lot of nothing. thank you omc
"I've got plenty of nothing" to... Investigations has the few main trops: windscreen - typical for wick heater/stove if was recognised - could tell more about tank pump - hm... part of agriculture tool - for plants chemical securing ------------ inner cup was svea quality steel base of burner was svea ------ worst (?) point of constructions was "fuel pipes" - seems to be mounted from two original - "one by one" ------------ Other question is: Whats for IT was constructed? I think it was sign of end of kerosene ... and there was "hole on the market" for long time burned gasoline stove
As You see - top of the tank is one piece - factory press proces made... it is not - ex wick stove...
Gieorgi, Nice images, well done kind sir. I may be TOTALLY off w/this Juwel connection, case in point, I can't even spell my "Jewel" above . You and others should recognize our friend Gustov's work far better than I can. Again pump cap w/conical aspect is unique w/some Juwel resemblance, also the hole to vent pump and similar raised band of knurling. Now that we see the rizer / the pipe connect between tank & burner. From tank is smaller and gets bigger above, Juwel resemblance there too. Still, "No marks on it" ? well another "Juwel thing" was to attach badges / nameplates, do you see peculiar spot where badge maybe removed/fell off? thx omc PS check view count, 15,700... I won't guess "what's up with that?", you have many friends, "stovie friends" (I are one) US teenagers on facebook and youtube should take lessons from you . We like old, you post such wide variety (of stove stuff, I dunno bout other stuff) always stovie content-rich, always eager to learn more. THANK YOU
meanwhile... second example of "maszynka spirytusowa" 1954 Łódź and "Swiss" canteen 1940 - but MEWA(?) production
hi gieorgi, Swiss canteen... 1940 . I have one canteen like that, no idea of age (or where it is right now ). Her is a link to a rare cooker designed for it. thx omc
Next historical questions: Why or for Whom in 30-ties Russians adding copy of Primus trade mark... Main sovietic idea was "there is no restrictions for intelectual property". This is unexpected.
