    Hello Stephan,
Thank you for sharing all the information you have worked well to accumulate, and presented so well. Single fuel stoves get my attention immediately and there is a wealth of information to study and digest. All the forum members will be gla, to access the details and statisticss you have provided. A great task, completed very well. THANK YOU AGAIN.

    Alan.

Thank you Stefan for all your hard work on this. This would be well worth having its own chapter in a book of pressure stoves. I can't imagine how many hours it must have taken to do, some really beautiful examples you have found too.

    You sir, are THE MAN!!!

    What an epic post!!!

Thoroughly engaging, I have read it twice now!!!

    My favourite? Where to start!!!

I think of all of them, the Punker was the one that interested me the most. Just the way the burners are designed, and the way that the pre-heating apparatus is lit was really interesting. Gave me some ideas for my own dabblings in stove evolution.

Many thanks for your exhaustive efforts.

    Best regards,

    Mike.

Well, I haven't yet had the chance to read and digest all that but a quick scan indicates that it's one of the all-time great CCS threads - a definitive piece of work. Many thanks!

If Moderators add links to adecvate existing examples in gallery, opened in new-window, - topic will be more atractive. Some photos showing museum exponats "as is" - the same examples in gallery has better.

    Great job - more needed...

    which part is for me?

Swelled up from the rain clouds
    Move like a wreath

Well after all, we'll lie another day?
And through it all we'll find some other way

To carry on through cartilage and fluid
And did you come to stare or wash away the blood?

    Thank you all.
I should have replied a long time ago, but I travel a lot at work and when I'm home I rarely have time for my hobby. I have not added very many posts over the years but I check in now and then. I must say I have learned so very much from this community and the splendid willingness to share knowledge, experience and sometimes sheer wisdom. This is an internet community at its absolutely best! Consider this a small payback and again- thank you.
