A recent purchase is a silent collapsible, no markings at all, just the remains of a decal showing two lions, reg. trade mark and England. The fuel cap looks like a Monitor, so can some kind person confirm that the decal is a Monitor one? Fr Laurence

Like this logo at the top of the label? The colouring you describe does sound like the decal version of this logo. If so it's a rebadged Parasene sold by Fletchers, a large UK ironmongery supplier
Yes, the same two tigers as on the decal. Good to have a different model to add to the collection. Last week I could not resist two common stoves at $5 each, a Companion and a Primus No 5. Thanks for the info. Fr Laurence
