Sadly still haven’t been able to find the correct replacement for this despite the kind help offered by various people including on here. The issue seems to be that most pump bosses have their male/ female threads the opposite way round to on my Monitor H.S.P.S. I’ve attached a photo of a similar sized boss next to my pump assembly IMG_1672.jpeg IMG_1673.jpeg

My idea was to take the pump and rod from another stove and then tap it for the treads you have on your knob and put your knob there.
When I put the pump into my monitor i was able to build pressure and run the stove. Just needed to cut the rod down to size and thread it for the knob (if I was going to do it myself)

I've found the part you need in a box of old stuff.

That’s exactly what I’ve got on mine! I guess these were on the later models as they are a little more basic than earlier versions and those by other makers?

    Back to life !
    Thankyou @Spiritburner

There’s still some reliability issues with the pump assembly, as the head that holds the leather occasionally jams on the taper of the rod meaning. This means that every now and again the pump is effectively stuck in the open position and doesn’t force air through the NRV. A bit of a design fault on the later models perhaps?

Anyway for right now I’m just happy it’s back in action and firing more powerfully than it has ever done before!

Success. Great to have it running well and burning cleanly. International co-operation!
