    Edit only lasts a few minutes, not like CCF where you can always edit your own posts.

    I guess it was a parts fixed stove.
    It sign MSR 096.
    With shaker jet, but it work bad in white gas. After that I change GK jet and it worked well. I will try to send pictures later.:)

    Maybe @Doc Mark can help, I know little to nothing of the XGK II.

    Can you take a picture of the stamping on the block? A picture of the MSR 096, please?

    Pro's & Cons to either way. Pro's outweigh the cons from a reference & respect for following thread contributions perspective. Where the limit is lapsed we perform many edits on reported posts if appropriate.

    It was actually in reference to that person as being a CCF member, where they are more familiar with the longer edit policy. Not a reference to CCS policy.

    No problem Ken - some folk do wonder why but I know in 'admin world' CCS is not unique in this policy.

    Good Morning, @考拉烤啦

    The MSR X-GK Shaker Jet II was offered from 1994-1997, or so, and is an excellent stove. However, that pump in your photos, is, sadly, one of the worst that MSR ever offered. It is very prone to breakage, and I would suggest that you not use it, and instead, purchase a brand new MSR pump, which is far more robust and safe, to use with your stove. I hope that helps you, and if you have any more questions, please give me a shout. Take care, and God Bless!

    Every Good Wish,
    Doc

    Is MSR 0306 on top and MSR 096 on the bottom in your photo?

    You're right, it's not your photo. My mistake.
    Can you upload a photo of the entire stove dated MSR 0306? I would like to see the fuel line and burner assembly in the enclosure.

    @anfeng
    Cascade Design introduced the current XGK EX in 2005. Why is your XGK ll Expedition stove stamped 2006? I have no idea. Perhaps it's a mistake but maybe not.

    It's interesting that MSR would make two different XGK's in the same year. Check with Cascade Design they should be able to answer your question.
