well yes reckon we all had a good time down at newark ross even arranged the evenings lightening show and it certainly did rain dint it. Well home and dry now so here is some pictures for those who did not managed to get there was great ross enjoyed same as ever cheers pete david and mick
That was a great weekend out. Many thanks to everyone there, everyone was very helpful and friendly. For Saturdays evening meal the starter was asparagus: Served with plenty of garlic butter and a crusty bread roll: For the main course I had two stoves going: Big chunks of Polish smoked ham with an onion, four tomatoes, mixed vegetables and lots more garlic butter: And posh pasta: A good choice for a four minute boil on the M1950: It tasted as good as it looks!

Ross's display has a charming Edwardian look to it, fine cast iron pans and trivets. Is that the mixing-bowl reflector on the bowl-fire with a new guard? I wish I'd been able to go but..... Maybe next year.
