Heading down in the morning. All packed. I've just fettled one of Trevor 'shagratork's' stoves I bought last year. It's going to be the van stove.

Thanks to @IRM I have a lift, so I'll be there. Excitement! I'm utterly unprepared and haven't time to go and retrieve any of my collection, so I'll only be bringing my daily cooking stove and some cobbled together modern camping gear. I'll have a proper display next year!

Late arrivals. There is no warden available. To save disturbing the owner by phone the barrier code is 2305. If the height restriction barrier is closed & you're in a high vehicle or caravan please call me on 07766038612. If no reply walk down up to the rally field & find me & I can let you in.

    Greetings Ross and All!

Sweet Bride and I deeply wish we could join you all at Newark! Sadly, unless we can tie the trip into an overseas job, we are not free to make it happen. Have a wonderful, and safe, time, my friends, and I'll raise a few pints in honor of your adventure!! Cheers, and God Bless!

    Every Good Wish,
    Doc and Sweet Bride

Set up. Taking the opportunity to 'solar proof' some tents & bivvies plus first brew on Trevors old Packaway.

So jealous I can't get there, but alas major work commitments this week. Next year hopefully.
I'm betting Newark's antique shops are getting a thorough going over this weekend!
Take more photos chaps so I can live vicariously!

@Outdoorsdad Loving the evening shots with the lamps! Really beautiful. @Twoberth that is the breakfast of champions. Good food, good light and good company. What's not to like!
