Hi, all. I bought an old Høvik Verk stove (type 5 size) that have all «loose» parts replaced. The pump assembly seems normal, except the pump tube lid is made of steel (magnetic), and the pump knob of a different non-brass metal (non magnetic). I’d appreciate any hints or clues to which stove these may have been used for originally. Cheers, Håvard
@Håvard Kvernelv usually non brass was use mainly on the tanks and a few other parts of blowlamps and stoves during WW11, when brass was in more demand for munitions. I assume your stove was possibly made in that period
