I made one out of a 15mm (approx) mild steel rod. This was for the type that have a rectangular bar sticking out as opposed to the slotted type. I hold the bar in the vice and slide the pump tube over it and rotate until it mates and then unscrew. All that's required is a hacksaw and a file... and a steel bar that's long enough.
