Optimus Hiker stove - موقد أوبتيموس المتسلق

to be honest they are the same burner just a different fuel delivery
the + bit on the Nova+ is just to differentiate between the two Nova models
the + in the hiker+ is a bit misleading as you'd think you were getting a Nova+ burner but as i said earlier it's just an advertising thing (a con trick) to make buyers believe they are getting something better than a hiker or that the hiker+ is an improvement over the previous hiker models 111t/c which it blatantly isn't
but the hiker+ is still an ok to good stove and as good as anything else being made these days (they are all going downhill if you ask me)
if you want a modern stove that is as well built as the earlier 111's then get an Army No12 but it will probably need stripping and rebuilding even from new well mine did
