Rom, good luck in harvesting some good, natural meat. I love moose and really just about all venison, if it's taken properly and then field dressed right away, and butchered with skill. Beats beef, IMHO. Take care, and God Bless!

P.S. It's nice to see that you can return from your hunt, fire up that wonderful little stove, and brew up a cuppa and cook some soup or dinner on it! How much better does it get?
