This is an Oscar roarer burner, the same size as a Primus-type No.1.

There has been some discussion here at CSS with @multi-cho about this burner:

    “Oscar” roarer burner question

It is a very well made burner.

The threads on the burner are either very slightly tapered or the pitch of the thread is not the same as Swedish burners, as the Oscar will only screw down about three quarters of the length of the threads in a Primus stove.

Note that the inner burner tubes are shaped and not uniformly cylindrical.

It came without a nipple so I put a Swedish nipple with a 0.32mm jet. I didn't burn it for too long, given it was not screwed tight on the stove.
