Phoebus No:1

    Hi, " Enough Already !!" I hear.
    However, just for completeness here are three shots of yet another form of the Phoebus No. 1 stoves from the 1920/30s. This one had the code name "Mars" and is a two-pint kerosene-powered stove, with the more conventional fixed legs and a roarer burner:

    You will see that it is marked up as "Made in Austria"

    This 70+ year old Phoebus stove, which I obtained from France, performed well once the washers were replaced, and had just boiled my kettle before these photos were taken.
