    I'm rather fond of this beastie, it's proved itself as a strong, beautifully controllable stove from full blast to whisper simmer many times over the last few years.

    You'll find it much easier to fill the priming cup and light your Vesta if you turn the pot support 90 degrees like this:

    From a previous post.

    @scouterjan , I see this Kamp Kook #44 does not have the flame shield that my Turner has. I had noticed that the Turner I have does not have a flame directed towards the generator tip going into the manifold. An interesting detail I was not aware of before I had the Turner stove.
