First off this is re: the burner / stem / vapourizer, to me at least aka rizer. Rizer: am I making up words again, works for me sorry (currently +0 on "rizer" idea? okay). Some past discussions re: “year” of a SVEA123 have not included some core basics. If all pre ’74 tanks are the same? (and maybe a ’55 uses thicker brass than a 72?, imo the older the better the bottom seam) but Otherwise the same? If so, if my viewpoint is from physical characteristics, looking from the bottom up (or from the core / center-out), it's a different perspective and the next up then is THE RIZER: As most are aware there are several versions of rizers (non-R). First was Sievert and how early was a 2nd version first used? Was it outsourced? Sievert stamped stove rizers were not stamped (i think that's right) WHEN “MADE IN SWEDEN” stamping was added to the rizer I think we have it between 66 and 70? (If the year, is within CCS, i've missed it). What I'm putting out here now for consideration of our braintrust is the thought that adding that text to the rizer was either the 1st change or included with the 1st chnage made AND that simultaneously there was a change to the valve body portion (or were rizers outsourced? from a Primus' source maybe?)... still w/me anybody? The original Sievert SVEA123 rizer (55 - 66 or later) vs later ones (began 66 or later -to- ?). I am not sure, >>>How would one describe the difference?
