Anybody ever play with the cheap silent burners that are all over ebay? When you Google "silent kerosene burner", the first result is for a bunch of cheap burners on ebay, usually going for around $15 each. Seems a bit too good to be true.
Yes indeed. They are worth a play but the quality varies enormously! I doubt if all of them are brass, they appear to be plated steel, but the ones I've tried from the likes of Rocket, Palam Stove Industries, Liberty, etc have been brass. The small ones are a direct fit and seem to be fine out of the box, but the larger ones require some fettling. Alec.
